Yoga
Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, NuTasha is our wonderful yoga instructor. She has a deep love for health and wellness and an even deeper desire to share this love with others. From yoga, nutrition, holistics, and even power lifting, Tasha is a top choice when it comes to bettering ourselves.
We are offering what we call “Ride Asana Daze.” This is our extremely fun way of mixing the relaxing and tranquil aspects of yoga with the excitement and thrill of mountain biking. Yoga classes will be offered in the morning with a group bike ride proceeding. Yoga participants may be novice to expert, but mountain bike participants must be experienced and own their own bike and safety equipment (personal transport may also be needed).
